He has taken the heat of being called a liar and a war monger for 5 years while he kept his silence to protect the people of the world. This is truly a display of selfless honor. On July 5, 2008, the Associated Press (AP) released a story titled: Secret U.S. Mission hauls uranium from Iraq . The opening paragraph is as follows: The last major remnant of Saddam Hussein's nuclear program a huge stockpile of concentrated natural uranium reached a Canadian port Saturday to complete a secret U.S. Operation that included a two week airlift from Baghdad and a ship voyage crossing two oceans. See anything wrong with this picture? We have been hearing from the far-left for more than five years how, Bush lied. Somehow, that slogan loses its credibility now that 550 metric tons of Saddam's yellowcake, used for nuclear weapon enrichment, has been discovered and shipped to Canada for its new use as nuclear energy. It appears that American troops found the 550 metric tons of uranium in 2003 after invading Iraq . They had to sit on this information and the uranium itself, for fear of terrorists attempting to steal it. It was guarded and kept safe by our military in a 23,000-acre site with large sand beams surrounding the site. This is vindication for the Bush administration, having been attacked mercilessly by the liberal media and the far-left pundits on the blogosphere. Now that it is proven that President Bush did not lie about Saddam's nuclear ambitions, one would think the mainstream media would report the story. Once the AP released the story, the mainstream media should have picked it up and broadcast it worldwide. This never happened, due in large part I believe, to the fact that the mainstream media would have to admit they were wrong about Bush's war motives all along. Thankfully, the AP got it right when it said, The removal of 550 metric tons of yellowcake the seed material for higher-grade nuclear enrichment was a significant step toward closing the books on Saddam's nuclear legacy. Valerie Plame engaged in a clear case of nepotism and convinced the CIA to send her husband on a fact finding mission in February 2002, seeking to determine if Saddam Hussein attempted to buy yellowcake from Niger . The CIA and British intelligence believed Saddam contacted Niger for that purpose but needed proof. During his trip to Niger , Wilson actually interviewed the former prime minister of Niger , Ibrahim Assane Mayaki. Mayaki told Wilson that in June of 1999, an Iraqi delegation expressed interest in 'expanding commercial relations' for the purposes of purchasing yellowcake. Wilson chose to overlook Mayaki's remarks and reported to the CIA that there was no evidence of Hussein wanting to purchase yellowcake from Niger . However, with British intelligence insisting the claim was true, President Bush used that same claim in his State of the Union address in January of 2003. Outraged by Bush's insistence that the claim was true, Wilson wrote an op-Ed in the New York Times in the summer of 2003 slamming Bush. Wilson did this in spite of the fact that Mayaki said Saddam did try to buy the yellowcake from Niger . The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence disagreed with Wilson and supported Mayaki's claim. This meant nothing to Wilson who was opposed to the Iraq war and thus had ulterior motives in covering up the prime minister's statements. It was a simple tactic really. If the far-left and their friends in the media could prove Bush lied about Hussein wanting to purchase yellowcake from Niger , it would undermine President Bush's credibility and give them more cause for asking what other lies he may have told. Yet, the real lie came from Wilson, who interpreted his own meaning from the prime minister's statements and concluded all by himself that the claim of Saddam attempting to purchase yellowcake was 'unequivocally wrong.' Curiously, the CIA sat on this information and did not inform the CIA Director, who sided with Bush on the yellowcake claim. This was made public in a bipartisan Senate Intelligence Committee report in July 2004. Valerie Plame also engaged in her own lie campaign by spreading the notion that the Bush administration outed her as a CIA agent. Never mind that it was Richard Armitage -- no friend of the Bush administration -- who leaked Plame's identity to the press. Never mind that Plame had not been in the field as a CIA agent in some six years. The truth is, due to their opposition to the war, Joe Wilson, Valerie Plame, the mainstream media and their left-wing friends on the blogosphere engaged in a propaganda campaign to undermine the Bush administration. Now that Saddam's uranium has been made public and is no longer a threat to the world, do you think these aforementioned parties will apologize and admit they were wrong? Don't count on it. Dear friends,

I am truly astonished by the ignorance Obama supporters have displayed
in their quest to get someone - ANYONE - into the White House. Now, wait
a minute. I can well understand your dislike or even hatred of our
clown, GWB, but he is not the root cause of all of our problems. Our Congress
is. And a change there would be welcomed by all. You ain't gonna get
it done with Obama. You gotta fire the whole damnable crooked Congress.

Perhaps I'm looking at all of this from a different perspective than you
because my life experiences have been so different from yours. I'm
80-years old and have traveled the world where I've seen a great deal.
I spent five years on active duty as a fighter pilot in the USAF and
another seven years flying with the Air National Guard in California and Texas
as well as a few years flying in the USAF Reserve. I spent three years on
active duty in Germany flying Czech border patrol with "cold guns" in
aircraft inferior to the MIG during the Korean "Police Action" when it
was thought that Korea was a diversion for a Soviet invasion of Western
Europe .

I lived abroad for a total of 28 years. Three years in Germany, twenty
years in Switzerland and five years in Great Britain where I was based
doing "spook" work for the U.S. behind the Iron Curtain before it fell.
During that era of the Cold War I ventured to Moscow, Prague, Warsaw,
Bucharest, Peshawar, Pakistan and Bulgaria posing as a Swiss
French-speaking arms dealer purchasing weapons we surreptitiously
supplied to the Afghani Mujahedeen in their successful fight against the Soviets all of which came back to haunt us.

I've been there and done that and have had close associations with top
government people in Germany , the Netherlands and Great Britain . I've
had more foreign affair experience than Obama could ever dream of and, yet,
wouldn't have the temerity to deign myself "Presidential" material;
although I feel eminently more qualified to judge who would NOT be best
for our country. My long-time world experience should count for
something in my plea to you to abandon this miscreant flake. You will only be
doing yourself and our country an enormous disservice if you persist in your
support of this flash-in-the-pan opportunist. On this, you MUST trust
me.

I've associated closely with European royalty and African politicians.
I've traveled to the Far East to observe their cultures. My point is
that Obama, although formally well educated and a brilliant orator, is a
neophyte when it comes to understanding the world and is uniquely
unqualified for the job as President of these great United States . His
knowledge of economics is nil and his tax proposals absurd and
life-threatening to the U.S. not only in economic terms but in
preserving our national security as well.

I don't want a "citizen of the world" to be President, I want a citizen of the good old USA to be President.
Screw the rest of the world as they have well and truly screwed us. The time
has come for us to awaken and start looking after ourselves. Now THAT
would be CHANGE if that's what you're looking for.

While McCain has abstained from playing "the race-card", Obama is
playing it to the hilt even though he's technically not an African-American.
To qualify for this distinction you must be at least one-sixth black.
Obama is only one-eighth. His father would be, as he was one-sixth. No,
Obama is more Muslim than black yet he trades on his blackness.

The larger question I have about him is that we really don't know much
about him other than what HE tells us, what we read on blogs and from
some serious non-partisan investigators whose factual reports are,
unfortunately, generally ignored and which receive precious little
media exposure.

I, as a registered Independent, a military veteran and a patriot,
beseech you to put aside party considerations and vote for the lesser of the
two evils. Yes, I am NOT a McCain supporter, but he is, at least, not a
flake, doesn't carry Muslim baggage and is a PROVEN hero and patriot
WITH experience. It's not a party issue. It's all about electing the best
we can trust with what we've got to work with. Mr. Obama is NOT that guy.

Please, please rethink your voting position.

[Nadhmi Auchi is an Iraqi whose Baathist ties go back to 1959. A formerly high-ranking official in Iraq’s Oil Ministry, Auchi left Iraq at the end of the 1970s. His wealth then grew exponentially as a procurer of arms for Saddam Hussein’s government during the Iran–Iraq war. He is now one of the richest men in Britain. Saddam Hussein in 1995 selected BNP, which later merged with Paribas, as the sole conduit bank handling Oil-for-Food transactions. This Clinton-era arrangement was changed in 2001 by the incoming Bush administration.

Billion-Dollar Scandal Not Ready for Prime Time

[ Analysts are predicting that Fannie Mae will have to compensate for $11 billion in accounting errors. To put this in perspective, Enron overstated its earnings by $567 million: 5 percent of Fannie Mae’s fiasco. Since February 2004, Fannie Mae’s stock has plummeted from a high of about $80 a share to roughly $55 per share. That’s a decline of 31 percent, or a loss of more than $20 billion in value to stockholders. Despite these incredible losses and errors, as well as three separate investigations, the broadcast media have ignored Fannie’s decline.



While the figures behind Enron were calculator-busting, the problems at Fannie Mae were greater: roughly $11 billion in earnings restatements. That’s about 19 times more than Enron’s accounting “errors.” Although broadcast news offered wall-to-wall coverage of the endless commas and zeros behind the Enron collapse, Fannie Mae’s staggering problems and the resignation of six top executives, including the CEO and chief financial officer, received almost no TV news attention.



Connections to the halls of power can make any story front-page news. Fannie Mae and Enron had no shortage of those. They employed two of the most generous campaign contributors in the nation. The media tried to link the leadership at Enron to the Bush administration and to several key figures in Congress. On the other hand, the broadcast media had nothing to say about the unambiguous connections between Fannie Mae board members and the Clinton administration.



In contrast, neither NBC nor any other broadcast outlet would have needed to search hard for political ties in the Fannie Mae debacle. Former Chief Executive Officer Franklin Raines and former Vice Chairman Jamie Gorelick were both instrumental figures in the Clinton administration. The print media were candid about Fannie’s political connections. In a Dec. 23, 2004, article, Albert Crenshaw of The Washington Post revealed that Franklin Raines “was a director of the Office of Management and Budget in the Clinton administration, and his name was mentioned as a possible Treasury Secretary had Sen. John F. Kerry (D-Mass.) been elected president.”

Jamie Gorelick was Deputy Attorney General under Clinton. Fannie Mae board member Jack Quinn was the attorney for pardoned tax evader Marc Rich. Fannie also has one of the largest lobbying budgets in Washington. A Feb. 24, 2005, article in The Washington Post reported that Fannie “paid its lobbying corps about $5 million in the first six months of last year.”]

Obama Refuses to Answer Birth Certificate Lawsuit

A Pennsylvania lawsuit alleging that Barack Obama is not a “natural-born citizen” of the United States took an unusual twist this week, after a federally mandated deadline requiring Obama’s lawyers to produce a “vault” copy of his birth certificate expired with no response from Obama or his lawyers.

The lawsuit, filed by former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Philip J. Berg — a self-avowed supporter of Hillary Clinton — alleges that Barack Obama was born in Kenya and is thus “ineligible” to run for president of the United States. It demands that Obama’s lawyers produce a copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he is a natural-born U.S. citizen.

Berg's suit and allegations have set off a wave of Internet buzz and rumors, though Obama could easily have put the matter to rest by providing the federal court with the basic documentation proving he is eligible to take the oath of a president. But Obama has apparently decided to deny the court and the public that documentation.

The Constitution provides that any U.S. citizen is eligible to become president if the person is 35 years of age or older and is a natural-born citizen; that is, born in the territorial United States.

By failing to respond to the Request for Admissions and Request for the Production of Documents within 30 days, Obama has “admitted” that he was born in Kenya, Berg stated this week in new court filings.

Berg released a long list of “admissions” he submitted to Obama’s lawyers on Sept. 15, and asked that they produce documents relating to Obama’s place of birth and citizenship.

Instead of responding, lawyers for Obama and the DNC asked the court to dismiss the case. But Judge R. Barclay Surrick of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has issued no ruling in the case that would have given Obama’s lawyers more time.

“There are lots of legal ways to stonewall,” a well-placed Republican attorney told Newsmax, who was not authorized to comment officially on the case. “But failing to respond is not one of them.”

“The first thing they teach you in law school,” he added, “is don’t put a complaint like this in a drawer. That’s how a nuisance case can become a problem.”

The 30-day deadline for defendants to comply with a discovery request is set forth in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedures.

“It all comes down to the fact that there's nothing from the other side,” Berg said after he filed a motion on Thursday for summary judgment.

“The admissions are there. By not filing the answers or objections, the defense has admitted everything. [Obama] admits he was born in Kenya. He admits he was adopted in Indonesia. He admits that the documentation posted online is a phony. And he admits that he is constitutionally ineligible to serve as president of the United States.”

In a contentious case, lawyers on both sides will haggle over the production of documents, and will frequently go beyond the deadlines, several lawyers have said.

“The rules are more often complied with in the breech rather than the observance,” a senior trial attorney who has close ties to the Democrat Party, but is not involved in the current case, told us.

“Lawyers frequently do not return telephone calls or meet discovery deadlines because of sheer inadvertence. Therefore, we do not consider a failure to respond as a ‘violation,’” he said.

Allegations surrounding Obama’s place of birth have been swirling for months. Earlier this year, the Obama campaign sought to put down the rumors by making available a computer-generated Certification of Live Birth, issued in 2007 by the State of Hawaii.

Respected conservative blogger Ed Morrissey called the Berg lawsuit a “conspiracy theory” that had been put to rest by the Obama campaign over the summer but ”has arisen like a zombie yet again to suck the credibility out of the conservative blogosphere.”

However, the 2007 document produced by the Obama campaign omits key information that normally appears on birth certificates in the United States, including the name of the hospital where he was born, the size and weight of the baby, and sometimes the name of the doctor who delivered him.

In addition, the critics of the 2007 document note that Obama's father is described as “African,” a term used today. The formal language in official documents at the time — 1961 — would have identified his race as “Negro” or “Colored.”

The Web site snarkybytes.com has produced a vault copy of a Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth from 1963, issued by the Hawaii Department of Health.



In addition to naming the hospital and more details about the baby, the 1963 vault copy also includes the “usual residence of the mother,” and the “usual occupation” of the father. None of this information appears on the 2007 Live Birth certificate produced by the Obama campaign.

Berg has been a perennial political candidate in Pennsylvania, having run in Democrat primaries for attorney general, lieutenant governor, governor, and other offices without success. He served as deputy attorney general of the State of Pennsylvania from 1972-1980.

Nevertheless, in recent weeks, lawsuits have been filed in seven additional states demanding that Barack Obama produce an original vault copy of his birth certificate, to dispel the rumors that he is not a natural-born United States citizen.

The latest suits have been filed in state and federal courts in Hawaii, Washington, California, Florida, Georgia, New York, and Connecticut to compel Obama to release his birth records.

Lawsuits in Washington and Georgia are seeking state superior courts to force the states’ secretary of state, as the chief state elections officer, to require Obama to produce original birth records from Hawaii, or else decertify him as a candidate for the presidency.

Ironically, Obama mentions his birth certificate in passing on Page 26 of his 1995 memoir, “Dreams of My Father.” “I discovered this article, folded away among my birth certificate and old vaccination forms, when I was in high school,” he wrote.

Lawyers for Obama and the DNC did not return calls for comment on the current status of the case, or explain why the Obama campaign did not simply put to rest the whole controversy by releasing the birth certificate that Obama apparently cherished as a teenager.

In the past, questions about Sen. John McCain's legal status have arisen. McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone at a U.S. Army hospital. McCain had legal experts vet his constitutional qualifications, and he also disclosed a copy of his birth certificate. [as well as his medical records, and school records]

Obama used the name Barry Soetoro in Indonesia and was registered as an Indonesion citizen in his School records there. The DNC is also named in this suit to provide proof that he meets the critera set forth that he is a "natural born" citizen of this country. This is very interesting, there is much more in the actual complaint explaining that Barak's mother expatriated her US citizenship and never regained it. In Barack's School record in Indonesia, he is registered as Barry Soetoro a citizen of Indonesia born in Hawaii. Also, in 1981 Obama traveled to Pakistan (he was 20) on a Indonesian passport not a US passport. If there is proof, the DNC needs to provide it NOW!! Lawsuit filed in Eastern District of Pennsylvania

23 August 2008: A lawsuit filed in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania might be the catalyst that will compel democratic presidential candidate Barack Hussein OBAMA to produce legitimate birth records that would verify his citizenship and thus, his eligibility to be president.

As heard on The Roth Show last night, Pennsylvania attorney Phillip BERG filed for DECLARTORY AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF against OBAMA and the DNC. Whatever one might think of the petitioner (plaintiff) in this case, these are legitimate questions that must be answered.

Plaintiff hereby incorporates Paragraphs 1 through 62 as if fully set forth herein.

Obama committed Fraud upon Plaintiff and the American Citizens by running for President claiming to be eligible knowing he was not eligible as a result of his failure to regain his United States Citizenship and by maintaining multi citizenships with Kenya and Indonesia.

Obama further committed Fraud upon Plaintiff and the American people by falsifying information on his Illinois State Bar Registration and Public Disciplinary Record. Obama stated on his Application to the State Bar of Illinois, as proven by the Illinois State Bar Registration and Disciplinary Record, stating he never used any other names. Obama signed his application/registration for the Illinois State Bar under the penalty of perjury knowing the information to be false.

The fact of the matter is Obama used the name Barry Soetoro in Indonesia and was registered as a citizen of Indonesia on his school records. Obama further used the name Barry Obama and it is further believed Obama used the name Barack and/or Barry Dunham.

Obama attempted to defraud Plaintiff and the American people by allowing an altered and forged Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) to be placed on his campaign website. Obama was well aware the Government issued COLB was altered and forged as the original document was in the name of Maya Kasandra Soetoro born in 1970. Maya Kassandra Soetoro Obama's half sister who was born in Indonesia and her birth was later registered in Hawaii.

Obama further attempted to defraud Plaintiff and the American People by claiming to be a United States Citizen, knowing this information to be false. Obama is well aware when his mother married Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia and took up residency in Indonesia with Obama, they both naturalized in Indonesia expatriating their United States Citizenship. Obama's mother failed to regain her citizenship after her divorce to Lolo Soetoro, when Obama was a minor and Obama himself failed to regain his United States Citizenship by taking the oath of allegiance, which is recorded when he turned eighteen (18) years.

Furthermore, Obama is well aware he is not a United States Citizen and does not qualify as a "natural born" citizen. Obama traveled to Pakistan in 1981, at which time he was twenty (20) years old and used his Indonesian Passport, not a United States passport.

Moreover, as stated above, Obama was registered in School in Jakarta, Indonesia as Barry Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia, born in 1961 in Hawaii and his religion was registered as Islam.

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is supposed to represent and protect the interests of working Americans, which includes securing a Democratic Nominee on the Presidential Election ballot who represents the Democratic vision and who is qualified and eligible to run for Office of the President under the qualifications of the United States Constitution. The DNC has failed to inquire into Obama's eligibility status.

For the above aforementioned reasons, Obama needs to immediately step down and withdrawal his candidacy for Presidency.
